Hirschbach’s Lease Operator Benefits

$2,000 Transition Incentive

Lease purchase operators coming on with Hirschbach receive a $2,000 Transfer Incentive. Operators will receive $400 per week for the 1st five weeks to help make the transition to a new driving gig with us as smooth as possible.

Skip a Payment

Lease purchase operators get (2) $750 incentive payments a year. We call it our Skip a Payment Program. The benefit of this incentive pay is you can take a week off every six months and let the incentive cover your lease payments so you don’t come back from time off behind on your payments.

$.99/gallon

Lease purchase operators pay only $.99⁹/gallon for fuel for the duration of their lease – regardless of the pump price. Additional charges may be incurred if operators.
